Position Overview
We’re hiring a Regional Operations Manager to lead and support branch operations across our Southwest region, including Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, and Riverside, CA. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven leader who thrives on developing people, improving operational performance, and driving financial results across multiple locations.
As a Regional Operations Manager, you’ll oversee branch leadership, operational execution, and financial performance while ensuring consistency, safety, and exceptional customer service across the region.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and support Branch Managers to drive operational excellence and consistent performance across all locations.
Partner with Sales leadership to align operational execution with revenue growth strategies and customer needs.
Drive regional financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and expense management.
Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards across branch teams.
Coach, mentor, and develop leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams.
Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Implement and standardize processes, policies, and best practices across all branches.
Resolve complex operational and customer issues while maintaining strong relationships.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, DOT, Hazmat, and company policies.
Conduct regular branch visits to maintain visibility, engagement, and operational alignment.
Prepare and present performance reports and action plans to senior leadership.
Support company initiatives, system implementations, and continuous improvement efforts.

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Experience in distribution, construction supply, or industrial industries preferred
✔ Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of operations management experience
✔ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the region
