About the OpportunityStep into a high-impact leadership role at the forefront of global payments and crypto innovation. As our Regional Payment Operations Senior Manager, you will own the end-to-end FIAT payments operations across EMEA regions and beyond. Based in the UAE, you will lead a growing, cross-regional team covering UAE, Turkey, and the EU, setting strategy and driving operational excellence while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. What You'll Be DoingTeam Leadership & Strategy
Lead and mentor a team of payments professionals, setting clear direction, coaching for performance, and scaling the team as operations expand.
Define KPIs and operational controls to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all FIAT payment flows.
Payments Operations Management
Oversee customer FIAT deposits and withdrawals process, ensuring seamless platform operation.
Oversee the reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely monthly reporting with discrepancy analysis.
Design and implement controls to ensure payments are accurate and complete, preventing errors or delays.
Apply strong expertise in financial reconciliation, variance analysis and issue resolution for reporting anomalies.
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
Ensure adherence to applicable local regulatory and compliance requirements across all payment operations.
Partner closely with product, engineering, compliance, risk, and legal teams to anticipate regulatory changes and maintain compliance.
Process Optimization & Innovation
Champion automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Support new product offerings, payment methods, and system enhancements.
What We Look For In YouLeadership & Drive
At least 8+ years of experience in payment operations within crypto, fintech, banking, or payment services.
3+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and grow teams.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to set direction and drive outcomes.
Technical Expertise
Lead and manage cross-regional direct reports to deliver consistent performance, accountability, and team development.
Work cross-functionally to manage key stakeholders and ensure timely, accurate financial, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
Deep, hands on knowledge of regional payment systems, including settlement, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
Analytical & Operational Excellence
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast moving, 24/7 environment.
Proficiency in English, written and spoken, with a track record of partnering across cross functional and international teams.
