Regional Procurement Manager

Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Regional Procurement Manager to be based in Jeddah.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Oversee procurement activities across regional manufacturing sites.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate procurement plans with regional manufacturing heads and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor procurement teams in assigned countries.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and distributors.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and favourable terms.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and corporate governance policies.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Open to Candidates based in Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and India who are willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Procurement. Preferably within the Pharmaceuticals/FMCG or Medical Devices industry.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
