What You Do

Respond to and manage emergency water mitigation projects from initial loss through job completion

Perform detailed scoping, moisture mapping, equipment calculations, and Xactimate estimates

Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, commercial clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams

Oversee field technicians and subcontractors to ensure proper setup, drying strategy, and job execution

Ensure compliance with IICRC S500 standards, Kustom processes, and all safety requirements

Document job progress through notes, photos, sketches, moisture logs, psychrometrics, and daily updates

Review job files for accuracy, profitability, quality, and carrier requirements

Manage change orders, supplements, and insurance communication

Conduct final walkthroughs with customers and obtain completion sign-off

Build and maintain relationships with agents, adjusters, property managers, and commercial partners

Assist in driving new mitigation opportunities and growing branch mitigation revenue
What You Bring
-
Current IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, and/or AMRT preferred)

3+ years of experience in water mitigation, restoration, or similar emergency services
-
Strong Xactimate proficiency, including estimating and job costing

Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record with willingness to support locations across Arizona

Excellent communication, customer interaction, and documentation skills

Ownership mentality with focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Understanding of insurance restoration processes and mitigation-specific best practices
-
TPA experience preferred
