Regional Quality Assurance Manager

Position Summary
The Regional Quality Assurance Manager oversees quality programs across multiple manufacturing sites to ensure products meet safety, regulatory, and customer standards. This role leads the regional quality team, drives cross‑functional collaboration, and supports a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop regional quality staff.
  • Build strong partnerships across operations, R&D, and commercial teams.
  • Manage quality systems, food safety programs, and internal audits.
  • Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurring issues.
  • Support new product introductions by assessing risks and quality requirements.
  • Monitor key quality metrics and drive performance improvements.
  • Prepare sites for customer visits and external audits.
  • Ensure timely communication and escalation of quality or food‑safety concerns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
  • 10+ years in food, supplement, or related regulated manufacturing, including leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, SQF, and industry quality standards.
  • Skilled in SPC, sanitation principles, and project management.
