Regional Quality Assurance Manager - Beverages

A leading foodservice and beverage organisation is seeking an experienced Regional Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the governance, performance and full lifecycle management of beverage equipment and trade assets across the GCC. This is a senior regional role with full ownership of machine deployment, technical operations, asset governance and commercial performance. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Category teams, the role focuses on maximising efficiency, quality and return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

• You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of beverage machines and accessories across multiple markets, including forecasting, allocation, financial control, technical standards and performance optimisation.
• The role includes leading a regional technical team and ensuring consistent technical excellence across the region.
• You will act as the critical link between technical operations and commercial outcomes, driving asset performance, governance and compliance while partnering cross-functionally to support business growth and profitability.

Key Requirements

• You will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline, with five to seven plus years' experience in technical operations, beverage equipment or trade asset management.
• Proven experience leading regional technical teams is essential, along with a strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, forecasting and ROI analysis.
• You will bring hands-on knowledge of coffee or beverage machine technology and a commercial mindset that balances quality, cost and performance.
• Strong leadership, analytical capability and problem-solving skills are critical, as is the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• You will be detail-oriented, with a strong focus on governance, control and decision-making.
