Regional Quality Manager - Balochistan

The Service Quality Officer would primarily be responsible to measure customer experience and loyalty at branches through implementing customer experience strategies aligned with enterprise level goals.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors / master’s degree

Minimum experience:

• 8 to 10 years of branch banking /field experience
• Demonstrate strategic thinking abilities with problem solving aptitude
