Job Summary
The Regional Revenue Director will drive revenue, profitability, and market share across a diverse hotel portfolio in this fast-paced, hybrid remote role, ideal for a strategic leader with multi-property hotel revenue management experience.
Revenue Strategy & Optimization

Lead development and execution of total revenue strategy across all market segments (transient, group, corporate, wholesale, OTA, and direct)

Establish and maintain dynamic pricing strategies aligned with demand trends, competitive set behavior, and market conditions

Drive RevPAR optimization through proactive pricing, inventory control, and channel mix management

Oversee implementation and ongoing optimization of Revenue Management Systems
Forecasting & Performance Management

Own short-term and long-term forecasting processes, including daily, weekly, monthly, 30/60/90-day, and annual projections

Develop annual rooms revenue budgets in partnership with hotel leadership

Analyze pacing, pickup, and booking trends to adjust strategy in real time

Deliver performance reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights to stakeholders
Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning

Monitor competitive set pricing, promotions, and positioning strategies

Analyze local market demand drivers including events, corporate activity, seasonal trends, and new developments

Identify revenue opportunities and risks and proactively adjust strategy accordingly
Distribution & Channel Management

Ensure optimized rate parity and content accuracy across all distribution channels

Partner with corporate and property teams to maximize direct booking contribution

Evaluate and manage channel performance and cost of acquisition
Sales & Revenue Collaboration

Partner with Sales teams to evaluate group and contract business opportunities

Provide guidance on pricing, displacement analysis, and optimal mix strategies

Align revenue strategy with sales initiatives and marketing campaigns
Technology & Systems

Maintain and optimize revenue-related systems including RMS, PMS, CRS, and CRM platforms

Leverage BI tools and analytics dashboards to support decision-making

Identify and implement new technology solutions to improve revenue performance and efficiency
Leadership & Communication

Lead regular revenue strategy meetings with property and corporate stakeholders

Provide clear direction and coaching to property-level revenue teams

Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership

Ensure timely and accurate reporting across all assigned properties
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong strategic revenue management and analytical thinking skills

Proven ability to influence pricing, distribution, and demand strategy

Advanced understanding of hotel revenue systems (RMS, PMS, CRS, channel managers)

Strong financial acumen with ability to interpret P&L and topline performance

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Leadership capability with ability to manage multiple stakeholders across markets

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools
Education & Experience

5+ years of Revenue Management experience in the hospitality industry

2+ years in a leadership or multi-property revenue management role preferred

Experience with Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, or comparable branded portfolio strongly preferred
