Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our laminates business in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in the building material industry, specifically laminates, plywood, interior solutions, or related products. The role requires strong expertise in sales strategy, distributor/dealer network management, project sales, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets for the Riyadh region.
  • Expand and manage dealer/distributor networks for laminates and related building material products.
  • Identify new business opportunities in interior firms, architects, contractors, project developers, and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive project sales and monitor pipeline for residential, commercial, and institutional segments.
  • Provide regular market insights, competitor analysis, and business intelligence to management.
  • Manage a regional sales team, set performance targets, and provide training/support for business growth.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies, credit controls, and company sales guidelines.
  • Achieve growth targets while maintaining minimal brokerage and maximizing last-mile deals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in building materials industry, with strong exposure to laminates/plywood/decorative panels/interior products.
  • Proven track record in handling dealer/distributor network and project sales.
  • Strong network with architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders in Riyadh and surrounding regions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
  • Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
