Regional Sales Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven and energetic Regional Sales Executive to support revenue growth and customer acquisition for TruKKer in Turkey. This role will focus on generating leads, acquiring new customers, and managing day-to-day sales activities across land freight and logistics services.

The ideal candidate is a target-driven sales professional with experience in logistics or B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers in a competitive market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Acquire new customers to contribute towards regional revenue targets.
  • Conduct client meetings and sales presentations to promote TruKKer’s logistics solutions.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular follow-ups.
  • Support the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare and share quotations and proposals in coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth service execution.
  • Update and track sales activities, leads, and conversions in CRM systems .
  • Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support business growth.


Key Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, freight, or B2B services.
  • Industry Exposure: Basic understanding of land freight, transportation, or supply chain services is preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals .
  • Communication: Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
