Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage a high-performing team of Team Leaders and Admission Counsellors. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the education sector or retail sales domain.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective sales forecasting, team management, and strategic planning.

  • · Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in the education industry (edtech, coaching institutes, universities) is mandatory.
  • Strong track record of leading sales teams and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in sales forecasting, planning, and execution.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical abilities.

Qualification: Post Graduation

Salary: 65k to 80k
