Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing key channel partners and clients within the assigned region. The role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall e-commerce business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets in the assigned region.
  • Lead and manage a regional sales team to meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture key e-commerce partners, distributors, and strategic clients.
  • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Manage pricing, discount structures, and promotional activities to optimize sales performance.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Drive digital transformation and adoption of e-commerce best practices among partners and team members

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
