Regional Sales Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Islamabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the designated region, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and motivating the sales team, and ensuring that sales targets are met. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves frequent travel within the region to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.

• Proven sales experience and ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Strong team management and leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Market research and analytical skills to understand market trends and client needs
• Knowledge of the investment and financial services industry, with a focus on mutual funds and investment advisory services
• Ability to travel frequently within the region
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
