A Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographical region. The role involves leading a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring strong market presence for the company’s products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
  • Manage, guide, and motivate Area Sales Managers (ASM) and sales executives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations of the team.
  • Ensure effective distribution, visibility, and availability of products in the region.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports and share insights with senior management.
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of the sales team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of proven sales experience, including managerial roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and relationship-building.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
