Job Overview

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Basamh Group. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategies, and managing a team to achieve revenue targets across the defined region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
  • Manage and oversee the regional sales team, setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector, focusing on hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to enhance business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute region-specific promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient sales operations, including order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales service, in collaboration with logistics and customer service teams.
  • Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with key clients to secure favourable terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and overall effectiveness.


Minimum Requirements

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in the consumer goods or related industry is preferred.
