The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team within the GCC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Lead relationships with A&D's, Consultants and Developers
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Managers and a Specification Manager
  • Set clear performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
  • build and maintain a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the region.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10-15 years of sales experience in the building materials or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional teams.
  • Strong understanding of distribution channels, project sales, and B2B dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the GCC
