The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team within the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Lead relationships with A&D's, Consultants and Developers
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Managers and a Specification Manager
- Set clear performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
- build and maintain a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the region.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10-15 years of sales experience in the building materials or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional teams.
- Strong understanding of distribution channels, project sales, and B2B dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the GCC
