 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Document Controller
 
 to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and supporting document control processes in line with company procedures and project requirements. This role involves close coordination with project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the setup, organization, and execution of project document management processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and control document submission, approval workflows, and client transmittals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update document registers, master data lists, and project templates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with document control procedures and standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide training and assistance to project teams on document management tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support final handover of project documentation to the client.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist project managers in minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities related to documentation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in document control within large-scale projects, preferably in oil &amp; gas, EPC, or construction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems).
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of project reporting, progress tracking, and control processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and ensure accuracy under tight deadlines.
 </li>
