Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and execute the sales strategy across Africa.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales teams to consistently achieve targets.
  • Manage key enterprise, government, and strategic customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.
  • Own the sales pipeline, forecasting, and end-to-end deal execution.
  • Identify and develop new market and regional expansion opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of sales leadership experience within Telecommunications and IT.
  • Demonstrated success operating in African markets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Fluency in English required; French is a strong advantage.
  • Deep familiarity with African markets is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
