Job Purpose

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving regional sales targets, managing the daily operations of the sales team, and expanding the retail/distributor network to increase market presence and revenue.


Key Responsibilities

·         Target Delivery: Meet monthly sales quotas and revenue KPIs.

·         Team Management: Supervise, train, and track the performance of field sales staff.

·         Relationship Management: Manage key accounts and identify new partners.

·        Ensure optimal product display, pricing compliance, and stock levels.

·         Reporting: Analyze sales data and provide feedback on competitor activity.



Qualifications & Experience

·         Experience: 10–15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/management role within Home Appliances or FMCG.
