The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team within the GCC.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

Lead relationships with A&D's, Consultants and Developers

Develop and implement regional sales strategies

Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.

Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Managers and a Specification Manager

Set clear performance goals and conduct regular reviews.

build and maintain a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Sales Operations

Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the region.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure efficient operations

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 10–15 years of sales experience in the building materials or construction industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional teams.

Strong understanding of distribution channels, project sales, and B2B dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the GCC
