Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating regional sales plans and budget in alignment with business objectives.
  • Supporting the branch sales team with day-to-day operations
  • Evaluating branch and individual performances.
  • Prepare & Review monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budget for the area of responsibility.
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration with internal business units & functions for effective and smooth operations.
  • Address potential problems and suggest suitable solution.
  • Complete business and market intelligence with data of new service / product requirement, innovative sales technique to increase the reach and customer satisfaction.
  • Guide team on critical project working and coordinate with backend team for smooth business transactions and operations.


Requirement and Skills
  • Proven work experience at regional level or similar senior sales role.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicator (ROI and KPIs)
  • Understanding of professional lighting product business, Lighting design and application-based product solution, tendering and critical project management.
  • Should have good product and technology knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Strong connection with customers and specifiers and in government departments.
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills with problem solving attitude.
  • Travel as needed.
  • Should have experience in MS power point, excel and word and sales force.

Qualification:
  • Essential – BE in electrical / electronics.
  • Desirable – MBA sales & Marketing
Experience required:
  • 10+ years of experience of B2B sales, at least 5 yrs. experience in lighting industry.
Other Requirements:
  • Fit to Travel outstation.
  • Should be able to converse in the local language of specific region.
  • Ability to address large gathering.
