3. Clinical & Technical Support Coordination

Ensure smooth planning and execution of case supports in cath labs.

Collaborate with clinical specialists to demonstrate technological superiority of imaging platforms.

Support clinical adoption by facilitating hands-on training, workshops, and proctorships.
4. Team Leadership

Lead, guide, and mentor territory managers and clinical specialists within the region.

Review performance, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability within the team.

Enable team skill development through regular training and feedback.
5. Marketing & Scientific Engagement

Execute regional medical education programs, imaging workshops, and physician engagement activities.

Support KOL development, case documentation, and clinical content generation.

6. Operational Excellence

Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation, and reporting standards.

Manage inventory, demo machines, consignment stock, and product forecasting for the region.
