Position Overview
The Regional Sales Manager is a high-impact, revenue-driving role responsible for expanding market share and accelerating growth within the commercial embroidery and apparel decoration industry. This is a true "hunter" position-ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building new relationships, uncovering opportunities, and closing business in a competitive landscape.
You will own your territory, develop strategic growth plans, and position TES as a trusted partner to customers through consultative selling and long-term relationship building.
What You'll Do
You will drive territory growth by identifying and securing new business while expanding existing accounts. This includes developing and executing a strategic sales plan, proactively prospecting through outreach and networking, and building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
You'll lead the full sales cycle-from engaging decision-makers and delivering compelling presentations to negotiating and closing profitable deals. Success in this role means consistently exceeding sales targets while delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Beyond closing deals, you will serve as a trusted advisor to your customers-helping them grow their businesses through TES products, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
You will also represent TES in the market by attending trade shows and industry events, staying ahead of trends, and providing valuable insights to leadership on customer needs and competitive dynamics. Maintaining accurate CRM data and actively managing your pipeline will be critical to your success.
Experience and Skills:
What You Bring
Proven success in outside sales, territory management, and new business development
Strong ability to prospect, engage, and close in a competitive B2B environment
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into growth opportunities
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly self-motivated, organized, and accountable with a results-driven mindset
Experience in commercial embroidery, apparel decoration, textile equipment, or related industries is strongly preferred
Work Environment & Travel
This role is based in Oklahoma City with significant time spent in the field meeting customers and attending industry events. Travel up to 75% is expected.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of relevant sales experience
Authorization to work in the United States
