Regional Sales Manager

A fast-growing medical device company specializing in in spinal solutions is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to own and grow the Northern California territory.


The role

You'll report to the Area Vice President, West Region and take full ownership of the Northern California territory. This is a hands-on field sales leadership role suited to someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a clinically sophisticated environment.


What you'll do

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans, strategies, and budgets aligned to corporate objectives
  • Drive selling activities including resource deployment and customer engagement across the territory
  • Own regional forecasting, sales tracking, and regular performance reporting to senior leadership
  • Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence, feeding insights back to marketing and sales operations
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to maximise customer experience


What you'll bring

  • 3-5 years in the musculoskeletal device industry
  • Minimum 3 years in spinal devices (preferred)
  • Spinal arthroplasty experience a strong advantage
  • Management experience preferred but not essential
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
