Regional Sales Manager

Position: Regional Sales Manager

Industry: Manufacturing

Location: Karachi

Qualification: MBA – Marketing (IBA/IOBM/SZABIST preferred)

Experience: Minimum 10–12 years of experience in the paint, cement, or steel industry.

Role:

To promote the company’s image and products, and achieve sales targets with the cohesive effort of the sales team by providing a motivating environment.

He should possess the ability to coach and guide the staff and keep the customers satisfied.

Responsibilities:

- To achieve given sales targets and to visit the assigned territory regularly and identifying new sales avenues for business growth.

- To realize on product development opportunities through sampling and trials in both industrial and commercial segments.

- To ensure better customer management by providing best services through prompt response and timely product delivery.

- To guide, coach, counsel and provide mentorship to the team to develop future leaders while maintaining a healthy and invigorating environment that encourages initiative & development of new ideas.

- To liaise with marketing for pricing, quality & providing the necessary Demand Forecast to Planning to ensure better stock management.

- To complete official documentation (visit reports, sales & tour plans etc.) and market mapping in time ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures.

- To carry out necessary surveys for Market Intelligence, market mapping & customer segmentation to remain abreast of the prevailing conditions in the marketplace.

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
