Milele is looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our vehicle export business across African markets (East & West Africa).
This role is focused on driving revenue, expanding distribution networks and building strategic relationships across the region.

Drive export sales growth across assigned African territories

Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks

Build strong relationships with government entities and institutional clients

Identify and pursue tenders, fleet contracts and bulk sales opportunities

Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing dynamics

Provide market intelligence and expansion insights to leadership

Coordinate with logistics, finance and operations teams for smooth execution

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients

Represent Milele in trade events, business forums, and regional engagements

Track performance and deliver regular sales reports and strategic recommendations

Ensure compliance with export regulations and regional requirements

5–7 years of experience in automotive sales, export sales or international markets

Proven track record in B2B sales and distributor management

Experience working with African markets (East or West Africa preferred)

Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Ability to operate across diverse markets and cultural environments

Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions
