Regional Sales Manager Bursa, Stationary Metrology Division

Summary

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our Commercial Operations team in Turkey. In this role, you will develop and grow Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence’s business focusing on our portable metrology solutions such as laser trackers, portable arms and metrology software.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and customer engagement to negotiation and closing, while also providing technical expertise and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves some travel (up to 60%) across the region to meet customers, deliver demonstrations, and drive growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and expand relationships with existing customers across Turkey.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, customer visits, demonstrations, quotations, negotiations, and order closing.
  • Take responsibility for achieving the annual budget targets for instrument sales and services.
  • Oversee and manage quotation and offer preparation processes for portable instruments.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets for portable metrology instruments.
  • Plan and lead customer demonstrations, trade fairs, and marketing events.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce, ensuring forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility.
  • Stay current on Hexagon’s product portfolio, market trends, and competitors to effectively position our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer experience and post-sales follow-up.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in technical sales, ideally within metrology, machinery, or precision manufacturing.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve commercial goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English (minimum B2).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently across the region
