Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned countries in middle East in Defense & Security market.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with government entities, system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners.
Manage the full sales cycle, including solutions presentation, opportunity forecasting, pricing proposals, tender response coordination, contract negotiation and sales handover presentations.
Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement authorities, technical and financial decision-makers, and industry partners.
Gather and communicate market intelligence, competitive activity, and customer requirements to internal teams.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align offerings with customer needs and support solution positioning.
Represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and networking events across the region.
Ensure compliance with relevant export regulations, industry guidelines, and company policies.
