The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to grow and support our customer base in Indiana. This hybrid role blends sales/account management and project management, and is ideal for someone who knows the environmental services industry and wants to take ownership of a regional book of business.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with industrial and commercial clients.
- Grow revenue through new business development and account expansion.
- Execute targeted prospecting strategy by leveraging personal/professional network, cross-selling to ENCON's substantial customer base, and cultivating relationships at industry conferences and trade shows.
- Ensure all projects meet EPA, DOT, and state environmental compliance standards.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, follow-up with prospects, and maintain customer relationships.
- Generate quotations and manage key customer communications.
- Collaborate with operations staff to ensure delivery of high-value services and customer satisfaction.
- Occasional regional travel to meet with clients, prospects, and attend industry events.
- Stay ahead of industry and regulatory trends to provide high-value consultative services to clients.
- Lead by example; owning customer satisfaction, efficiency, and business performance.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in environmental services, waste management, or industrial operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related fields is preferred.
- Working knowledge of industrial wastewater, EPA, RCRA, DOT, and state environmental regulations.
- Strong consultative sales and/or account management background with proven results.
- A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and drives results with urgency.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver’s license required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
