To provide strategic leadership and tactical expertise at the area level to build up a first-class (Food Services) distribution team in the best interest of the company and as per defined SOP .Position Regional Sales Manager responsible for existing volumes, `new business developments, company assets management, assigned area sales, and distributions operations.
- He reports to National Sales Manager - Food Service and plays a vital role in achieving region targets and key developments.
- Achievement of Territory/Area, volume and value targets of Primary & Secondary sales while maintaining the portfolio’s availability plan and business partner’s ROIs.
- Create an on-field impact through driving distribution KPIs such as outlet productivity, new inductions, key developments and drop size.
- Responsible to prepare and manage monthly sales budget.
- Provide on-the-job training to sales team, monitor and report key business indicators (KPIs) such as daily sales, stock return, new developments and stock on the floor.
- Handling of all major Food Services channels like HoReCa, Business & Industries.
- Track and report movements of other products in the category (MIR) Monitor competitor’s activity and report to superior through daily activity report.
- To lead field area sales operations team in order to achieve yearly sales targets by delivering on distribution & route to market KPIs (while ensuring business partner ROI).
- Responsible to ensure all SOP's related to distribution warehousing
