Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Institutional Sales
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Graduate, preferably BBA, MBA, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 8–10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the FMCG, bakery, food service, food ingredients, or related industry, with strong exposure to institutional and B2B sales.
Skills:

  • Proven expertise in institutional sales and business development.
  • Strong key account management and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and sales forecasting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and territory management.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate sales teams and channel partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead institutional sales operations across assigned territories to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase institutional business.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within corporate, industrial, hospitality, food service, and commercial sectors.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business presentations for management review.
  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, account plans, and customer databases through CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibitions, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
