Rech International is looking for Regional Sales Manager - ISB Based to plan and execute sales strategies and activities for the portfolio of Orthopaedic Instrument Implant and Surgical products.
Job Description:

Oversee sales, service, and application processes for surgical business operations, ensuring the achievement of targets for assigned accounts and product lines.

Develop and implement strategies while managing the team to meet organizational goals and objectives.

Identify and capitalize on business opportunities by strengthening existing relationships and establishing new connections with key hospitals and healthcare professionals.

Maintain an effective and accurate sales opportunity pipeline, providing regular market updates and forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Communicate product value propositions effectively, highlighting differentiators to prospects, and regularly monitor performance metrics, suggesting improvements as needed.

Demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills to drive successful outcomes.

Possess in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical devices, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
Job Requirements:

Masters/Bachelors degree with a pre-medical background will be preferred.

7 to 8 years of sales experience minimum 2 years field experience required in Sales of Medical Devices/Medical Equipment/ Surgical Disposable/ Pharmaceuticals, products.

Excellent written and verbal skills with willingness to travel and have sound knowledge of geographical locations.

Excellent Managerial skills with the ability to handle the cross functional teams.

Experience in managing customers account preferably Healthcare industry.
Job Type - Fulltime onsite
Working hours: 9am - 6pm
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
