The Job:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be part of our Channel Management team working as a field employee. You’ll get to:
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve significant sales revenue and market share growth within the Traditional Channel.
  • Drive market penetration and expand the customer base in the Aegean region.
  • Lead acquisition of new customers through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
  • Implement customer retention strategies, including personalized engagement and loyalty programs.
  • Continuously assess and improve customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Optimize sales processes to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure timely execution and tracking of sales projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams, distributors, and external partners.
  • Manage and support the distributor network in the Aegean region, focusing on new market creation and upselling.

  • Relevant higher education in business, sales, or a related field, combined with practical experience in channel management, account management, and budget oversight.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales promotions, activations, and merchandising activities, demonstrating commercial awareness and market opportunity identification.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and stakeholders.
