Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve monthly and annual AUM targets.
- Expand retail, corporate, and institutional investor base within the region.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies and roadmaps.
- Conduct joint sales calls, client meetings, and investor awareness sessions.
- Strengthen relationships with distributors, wealth managers, and key corporate clients.
- Monitor regional performance, prepare dashboards, and share MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with SECP marketing and selling practices.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams for seamless execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
- 6–10+ years of financial sales experience, preferably in AMCs or banking.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and leading regional teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
