Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve monthly and annual AUM targets.
  • Expand retail, corporate, and institutional investor base within the region.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies and roadmaps.
  • Conduct joint sales calls, client meetings, and investor awareness sessions.
  • Strengthen relationships with distributors, wealth managers, and key corporate clients.
  • Monitor regional performance, prepare dashboards, and share MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with SECP marketing and selling practices.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
  • 6–10+ years of financial sales experience, preferably in AMCs or banking.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and leading regional teams.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
