The Opportunity
We’re seeking an ambitious
Sales Manager (UAE & KSA)
to accelerate Vissibl’s regional growth.
You’ll lead new business acquisition across two of the most dynamic markets in the Middle East, focusing on
enterprise and mid-market organisations
in asset-heavy industries - construction, manufacturing, logistics, maritime, textile, defence, oil & gas and energy.
This is a
hunter role
. You’ll identify and close new opportunities, build long-term relationships, and help shape how regional industries adopt AI-driven compliance automation.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
-
Drive new customer acquisition across the
UAE and Saudi Arabia
.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Vissibl’s go-to-market priorities.
-
Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across
ISO, risk, and compliance automation
use cases.
-
Build strong pipelines through outbound prospecting, events, and strategic networking.
-
Present Vissibl’s value proposition to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
Market Engagement:

Build trusted relationships with
certification bodies, consultants, and auditors
to create referral and partnership opportunities.

Understand and articulate customer pain points around ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, SOC 2, and local regulatory frameworks (KSA & UAE PDPL ++).

Represent Vissibl at regional conferences, forums, and customer events.
Deal Execution:
-
Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.

Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision layers.
-
Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure successful onboarding and account growth.
Reporting & Insights

Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting across accounts and pipelines.

Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product strategy.

Deliver consistent performance against quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
-
5+ years of experience
in enterprise software (SaaS), RegTech, GRC, or related technology sales.

Proven track record in
new business development
with strong hunter instincts.

Experience selling to industries governed by
ISO or operational frameworks
(construction, logistics, manufacturing, oil & gas, etc.).

Excellent communication and presentation skills in
English and Arabic
.

Familiarity with
ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001)
or similar compliance frameworks.

Strong network and understanding of the
UAE and Saudi Arabian
business environments.
Preferred:

Experience working with or selling to
certification bodies, consultancies, or auditors

Knowledge of
risk management, GRC platforms, or integrated management systems
.

Proven ability to work in a
fast-paced, early-stage SaaS
environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
