Regional Sales Manager – Medical Devices

We are seeking a Regional Sales Managers to drive sales growth for our client.
The ideal candidates will have proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales management, with strong leadership, territory development, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage regional sales teams to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and healthcare decision-makers.
  • Monitor regional sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure effective regional execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of regional sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of team management and territory expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
