About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen our presence in the mobile devices and mobile accessories industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the KDR channels and the ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned retail partners, including top IR customers and key KDR channels.
- Develop and implement channel-specific business plans to drive sales in IR, Wholesale, and KDR channels.
- Monitor category and product-level performance and take corrective actions to bridge gaps.
2. Channel Partner / KDR Partner Management
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributor sales teams in IR and KDR channels.
- Prepare Sales Activity reports and plan monthly, quarterly, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with the sales team to track performance and identify opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, pricing, and merchandising standards at the retail level.
3. Retail Execution & Visibility
- Ensure in-store excellence by overseeing planogram compliance, display standards, and POSM deployment.
- Coordinate with marketing and visual merchandising teams for campaign execution.
- Conduct periodic retail audits to assess visibility, stock, and brand presence.
- Manage promoter performance and ensure adequate staffing during campaigns or key periods.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Analyze brand status using the 4P theory and PSI management (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly).
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, pricing, and channels.
- Develop and recommend competitive strategies to improve the market share in key channels (IR + KDR).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above with minimum 3 years of experience in Mobile Devices / Mobile Accessories Industrial.
- Proven experience in KDR channels will be highly prioritized.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive, open mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to guide teams to achieve superior performance.
- Outstanding consumer, product, sales, and marketing strategy abilities; creative and logical thinker.
- Strong cross-cultural skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel frequently to other cities/countries (Iraq, Kuwait, Oman).
