We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager for Uttar Pradesh to drive sales and expand market presence for our diversified product range including Hair Care, Hair Oils, Hair Treatments, Hair Coloring (www.dkihenna.com). The RSM will be responsible for developing the market (General Trade), handling distributors and retailers, executing sales strategies, and ensuring strong product availability across the state.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales operations across assigned territories within Uttar Pradesh.
- Appoint, manage, and develop distributors, super stockists, and key retail partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for all product segments.
- Ensure market penetration, product visibility, and adherence to company pricing policies.
- Lead, monitor, and motivate the field sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Implement promotional schemes, track competitor activity, and gather market intelligence.
- Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-up, and inventory planning.
- Conduct market visits to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and share periodic sales reports and action plans with management.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA with 4–8 years of FMCG sales experience (Beauty/Personal Care experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Uttar Pradesh market and distributor network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across the state.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
