Regional Sales Manager (Rawalpindi)

Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong business acumen and leadership skills? We are currently seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team.

Location: Based in Rawalpindi, Zones( Rawalpindi, KPK)

Education: Graduate or Bachelors Degree (BBA preferred)

Experience: 5 years in sales and field management

Key Requirements:

- Proven Track Record in FMCG Sales and Achieving Targets

- Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading and motivating teams

- Willingness to travel and stay overnight out of station

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plan to meet company goals

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to expand the existing market volume and distribution handling

- Effectiveness in making new distributors and aligning them with company policy

- Must be based in Rawalpindi and experienced in handling Rawalpindi and KPK zones.
