Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager with hands-on experience in Oracle ERP (EBS) for our client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Procurement, Financials, and Supply Chain Management modules and will play a key role in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Oracle EBS modules including Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management.
- Prepare functional documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training guides, and testing artifacts.
- Analyze business processes and provide solutions to optimize ERP workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth ERP operations.
- Provide training and support to end-users as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP (EBS) implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules: Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management.
- Proficiency in preparing functional documentation, SOPs, training materials, and testing artifacts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
