AM Coordination

Assistant Manager Coordination & Business Operations is responsible for aligning operational, HR, finance, inventory, and logistics functions within the assigned Zone of One Network. The role ensures seamless cross-functional coordination between HR, Finance, Coordination, Inventory, and Technical teams while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and operational excellence standards.

This position acts as a strategic partner to management, ensuring operational efficiency, financial discipline, workforce alignment, and effective asset management.

AM Coord plays a key leadership role in managing day to day business operations at the Zone level. The individual ensures that HR practices, financial controls, inventory systems, lab asset management, and coordination functions are effectively implemented in line with One Network’s business objectives.

The position requires strong business acumen, people management skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to handle complex operational and employee relations matters. The AM Coord serves as the central operational anchor for the Zone.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, business coordination, or multi-functional operational roles.
  • Proven experience in resolving complex employee relations matters.
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines (recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management).
  • Experience in IT industry or technology-driven operations preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or team management experience is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
