Virtual Assistant (CRM Experienced)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional with mandatory CRM experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting administrative operations, and contributing to lead generation efforts while ensuring smooth day-to-day business processes.

Key Responsibilities CRM Management (Mandatory)

  • Maintain and manage the company’s CRM system by updating client information, leads, and follow-up activities
  • Monitor client interactions, sales opportunities, and pipeline progress
  • Ensure all CRM data remains accurate, structured, and up to date

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Oversee daily workflow management and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Maintain organized documentation, records, and structured data systems
  • Support smooth coordination and execution of ongoing projects

Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage client follow-ups and administrative correspondence efficiently

Lead Generation & Database Management

  • Conduct market research and identify potential leads
  • Maintain and regularly update lead databases
  • Track lead engagement and monitor progress throughout the sales cycle

Tools & Design Expertise

  • Utilize project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop
  • Create high-quality marketing and visual materials when required

Google Workspace Proficiency

  • Effectively use Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar
  • Manage reports, schedules, and documentation in an organized manner

Time Management & Problem-Solving

  • Handle multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Work independently and meet deadlines consistently
  • Take a proactive approach in identifying and resolving operational challenges

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (CRM experience is mandatory)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in administrative support and lead generation
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Workspace
  • Basic design skills using Canva and Adobe Photoshop
  • Availability to work evening shift (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
