Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent in Rawalpindi. The Sales Agent will be responsible for:

• Generating leads through cold calling and outbound sales
• Closing dispatch clients in the US trucking market
• Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Maintaining CRM records and reporting performance
• Coordinating with the dispatch team after client onboarding

This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, confident in communication, persuasive in negotiation, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.
