Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Senior Sales Executive – Deal Closer responsible for converting qualified leads into revenue-generating clients. This role focuses on the final stages of the sales cycle, including negotiation, objection handling, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
The ideal candidate must possess strong persuasive skills, commercial awareness, negotiation expertise, and the ability to confidently close high-value deals while maintaining company profitability and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deal Closing & Revenue Achievement
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales.
- Conduct final-stage sales meetings and negotiations.
- Present pricing proposals, commercial terms, and agreements.
- Drive urgency and secure client commitments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Ensure timely contract signing and payment realization.
2. Negotiation & Objection Handling
- Identify and address client objections strategically.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved limits.
- Maintain profitability while securing competitive deals.
- Handle high-pressure conversations with professionalism and confidence.
- Manage complex and high-value transactions.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Establish trust and credibility with corporate and individual clients.
- Conduct structured follow-ups to prevent deal drop-offs.
- Encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure smooth handover to post-sales or operations teams.
4. Strategic Sales Execution
- Analyze pipeline data and forecast closures accurately.
- Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to improve conversion rates.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor feedback.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Contribute to pricing strategy discussions when required.
5. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions.
- Track and report:
- Closing ratio
- Revenue performance
- Average deal size
- Sales cycle duration
- Client acquisition cost
- Submit structured weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 4–8+ years of proven experience in sales closing roles.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in high-ticket or complex sales environments.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel management.
