REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RSM)

Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Karachi

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategy and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the Karachi region.

• Build and grow relationships with 3S dealerships, workshops, oil change centers, gas stations, convenience stores, modern trade outlets, and car detailing studios.

• Manage and guide sales executives.

• Execute promotions, demos, and activations in the market.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years proven experience in automotive aftermarket / lubricants / car care / FMCG sales.

• Strong contacts in 3S dealerships, automotive engine oil, workshops, and detailing centers.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Based in Karachi, with willingness to travel within the region.
