- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the regional sales team.
- Expand the dealer network and maintain strong business relationships.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and performance standards.
- Coordinate with Head Office for sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Support field operations and resolve dealer-related issues.
