Regional Title: Sales Manager (RSM) - Derma & Cosmetic Segment

• Salary Range: 150K to 200K (depending on the Experience & Qualification
• Experience: 4 to 5 years min

Requirements:

• BBA, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–5 years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience (Derma/Cosmo preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with reputable pharma companies preferred:

Responsibilities:

• Achieve regional sales targets (amount-wise and unit-wise).
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales force and distributors.
• Analyse and improve distribution setup and recovery processes.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and economic conditions.
• Handle field queries and coordinate with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare and analyse sales reports, expiry, breakage, and performance ratios.
• Organize promotional activities, exhibitions, and seminars.
• Prepare quarterly meeting materials and strategic presentations.
• Suggest new product opportunities to expand company portfolio.
• Perform additional managerial assignments as required.
