Regional Sales Manager (South)

At Denzour Nutrition, we believe great people build great brands. We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager (South India) to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of promoting health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and grow offline sales in the South India regions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by driving revenue through distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
• Expand the distribution network and ensure product availability across the assigned territories.
• Monitor sales performance, market coverage, and secondary sales regularly.
• Recruit, train, and manage sales executives/representatives in the region.
• Motivate and guide the team to achieve their individual and team sales goals.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for regional brand promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to suggest growth strategies.
• Ensure proper placement, visibility, and merchandising of products at retail outlets.
• Monitor outstanding payments, ensure timely collections, and maintain credit discipline.
• Travel extensively within South India to meet clients, visit markets, and support the sales team.
• Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights with management.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of sales experience in FMCG/Healthcare/Nutrition sector, similar industry is must.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of distributor and retail networks in South India.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
