Job Description:
Position Purpose:

The Regional Sales Manager (South) is responsible for driving sales growth, managing operations across Sindh and Baluchistan, leading the sales team, and ensuring strong distribution. The role focuses on expanding market share and improving regional profitability.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Sales V/s Target Achievement: Drive the sales team to consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual numeric targets (Volume and Value) across the South region.
  • Business Planning and Development: Lead Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual business planning sessions. Identify white spaces for market expansion and new growth corridors.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a structured team consisting of Zonal Sales Managers (ZSMs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Team Leads (TLs), and Sales Officers. Set clear KPIs and track development.
  • Implementing Systems and Controls at Distribution Level: Ensure strict adherence to company distribution policies, inventory management standards, and financial controls across all distributor points
  • Budget & Profitability: Manage the regional sales budget, control trade spending (TSI), and ensure regional profitability (P&L).

Qualification:

Bachelors/ Masters (Preferably in Business/Marketing)

Experience:
8-10 years of relevant experience in the Sales department , with at least 3-4 years in the same role.

Location: Karachi (covering Sindh, Hyderabad, Quetta and Baluchistan, etc.).
