Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager – South to lead and expand our sales operations across the southern region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targetsLead, mentor, and manage the South region sales teamBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partnersIdentify new business opportunities and expand market presenceMonitor sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIsCoordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of sales plans
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership (preferably regional role)
- Strong understanding of FMCG / distribution / relevant industry (as applicable)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to work under pressure and achieve aggressive targets
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business or related field preferred
